Our System

Our resource recovery system is based on the established European ‘Biogastronomy’ design.

In use for over 30 years, it uses a vertical rotating paddle and fixed internal heat exchangers to efficiently recover material resources in gaseous, liquid, and solid forms.

The technology uses modular anaerobic digestion (AD) tanks to easily and incrementally scale the system’s throughput capacity. The modular AD tanks come in a number of sizes, all of the same height but with differing diameters, and can be combined in any way to process as little as 1,000 tonnes of organic waste per year to as much as 50,000 tonnes of organic waste per year.
